Entry Requirements

If English is not your native language, unless you have done your primary degree through English in an English speaking country, an English language qualification is required for all programmes. Download the english language requirements

Entry Requirements:

· A minimum second-class honours degree in computer science or related area.
or

· An honours Higher Diploma in Computer Science or ICT.
or

· A primary degree with a minimum of three years’ work experience in a computer science specialist area.

Where appropriate you will also need:

· High academic grades (your transcript should include grades for each subject taken)

· Names and contact details of two referees who can assess your intellectual ability, programming ability, maturity and motivation

Applicants should register their application to the programme through the UCD Online Graduate Applications System and also forward a hardcopy of their application (along with completed referee forms and statement of interest) directly to the Programme Co-ordinator.
