Digital Dayz 10
UCD’s Digital Dayz is a 4-day event which will focus on new digital information and communications technologies and how they are changing our lives. It is both a celebration of our vibrant ICT community in UCD and an opportunity for us to reflect on topics such as Cloud Computing and Mobile applications which are destined to radically shape our ICT landscape in the near future. The event will be hosted by the School of Computer Science and Informatics and will comprise of a mixture of presentations and hands-on events that are open to both the UCD community and external participants.

Android Workshop Half day workshop focusing on building an Android based mobile application: This workshop will walk the participant through the process of developing a simple mobile application which will combine information from different sources such as Facebook, foursquare and Google Maps.
