Java Modules
In 2011-2012 Semester 2, both COMP41490 and COMP41200 (and the parts COMP41600
and COMP41620) are being offered online only, so there will be no lectures.
These are being offered through CSI Moodle and you need to be registered as a
UCD student and either have an enrolment key (for COMP 41490) or be enroled by
the module co-ordinator (for COMP 41200, 41600 and 41620).
COMP 41200 Professional Java Programming 2011-12
This module is also offered in two parts, COMP41600 is the Part 1 of the
module and COMP41620 is the Part 2 of the module. Either part can be taken
in any order, or just one of them. The COMP41200, COMP41600 and COMP41620
will all be offered in Semester 2 2011/2012 online only.

- Part 1 exam: Friday 24th February 2012 3pm, main CSI Lecture Theatre B0.04
- Part 2 exam: Friday 23rd March 2012 3pm, main CSI Lecture Theatre B0.04
- Part 1 exam: Thursday 12th April 2012 2pm, main CSI Lecture Theatre B0.04
- Part 2 exam: Wednesday 18th April 2012 11am, Laboratory B0.02
This module is examined by the combination of two exams (Part 1 and Part 2).
Each exam is one and a half hour duration. The total of the two parts of the
exams will be combined to form the overall module grade. For each part you
are allowed (but are not required) to take this examination twice and your
better score is counted for your grade.
